LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY MUSLIM ALUMNI IS HOPEFUL AT NIGERIA 66 INDEPENDENCE

*LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY MUSLIM ALUMNI IS HOPEFUL AT NIGERIA 66 INDEPENDENCE*
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, the Advisory Council, Executive Council and entire members of the Lagos State University Muslim Alumni (LASUMA), we pray for a better and stronger Nigeria at 66 years where the citizens attitudes and love for the country are at zenith, for the Almighty Allah to change our country to a Great country, where peace and economic growth shall reign.
As we plan to support the new Vice Chancellor of our Great alma mater, Lagos State University and our unrelenting efforts for the LASU Muslim Community and Students, LASUMA hope for a stronger participation of her members towards the implementation of her plans in the 5-year strategic plan document. We hope to have a better gathering at the physical 2026 Annual General Assembly that holds every first Sunday of December (6th to be specific) with a dedicated closed door meeting of all members going forward.
As part of the gains during Nigeria at 66, and LASUMA at 16 years, We hope to see a great investment in the LASU Muslim Alumni Center planned on hectares of land within IBILE with different projects ranging from multipurpose auditorium to health engagements for the benefits of all LASUMA members especially to be investors, at home and in the diaspora.
Happy Independence to our Dear country, Nigeria. Barakallahu fih wa jazakumullahu khayran for the love.
Long live Federal Republic of Nigeria,
Long live Lagos State,
Long live Lagos State University,
Long live Lagos State University Muslim Alumni (LASUMA).
